thunder and lightning...very very frightening..

i actually love thunderstorms. which is good cuz that's whats happening right now. mmm... today was fun, but busy.

had lunch w/ ariel @ choklat, which was yummy, and we chit-chatted about life. it was good. it's been too long, it's so weird to see someone who is from uhs here. english class was actually ok, it was short. he let us out 20 minutes early, and we spent ten minutes of class time filling out this stupid survey, which was still better than class. amanda and i decided that our project is going to be...sleeping. so we're going into 2-d tomorrow and going to sleep. yay.

had a creepy thing happen to me...do NOT walk around alone at night, there are some sketch people out there. good timing really helped me out. sometimes you just need a guy around. it really feels much safer. i won't tell the whole story, but it was just weird...i don't like being followed.

yumi and i watched best in show and a clockwork orange today. very different movies, but still good. i got some of my drawing done too. i have to finish the rest tomorrow...probably during our gentlemen prefer blondes party...my poor little room is gonna be filled w/ people. it's amazing how many people walk up and down the south 1 hallway. i usually just have my door propped open, but today i had it wide open cuz of where i had to hang my drawing. i had something like 9 visitors, at least 3 of which said, "i didn't know you lived here!"...maybe i should keep the door wide open more often.

jon posted some pictures from ny on his facebook, so i'm gonna steal a couple and put them up on my blogger site. they're in the me! section, cuz you know, i'm in them.

i'm gonna go shower now...mmm i love the rain.
oh, and cuz i'm gonna be in new york this weekend (shopping, no less) what does everybody want for christmas? i know it's early...
