ahh..yay.

it is so beautiful out today. right now it's 63˚ outside and sunny and nice and perfect. i got an A on my art history mid-term, finished my paper on time, and pretty much have no official homework for the next 2 days. my history teacher just told us that he's changing our final exam to a final "quiz" because we've been working so hard. that means no finals for me. amazing. i got a good amount of sleep last night, matt and my mom are coming on wednesday for a visit, and right now the only thing standing between me and a weekend of shopping in boston are 3 tonal drawings. i just need to get out of risd, so for now it looks like boston on saturday! yay.

jon is visiting next week, andrea sometime in mid-may, and maybe max towards the end of my school year. people aren't overly stressed like they were last week, so everything is fitting together pretty well. i have so many plans for this summer, it's so crazy, but i'm looking forward to pretty much every one of them (even working at eight inc. for 6 weeks while working on my application for art center). i somehow have to locate ted weller to warn him that my brother might be coming by for a bit of class on wednesday afternoon, but for the time being that's not on the top of my list.

i'm gonna go eat. then i think i'll do some laundry and clean a bit.

oh, and cousins, any ideas for a graphic novel? i don't have the imagination to make up an interesting story, so i'm thinking about illustrating one about our family (cuz you know, we're so funny). i'll send out a mass email later, but let me know if you have any ideas!

only 6 weeks before summer, but i am so ready for it.
